Need Help Pls/ COA Without Biometric Letter/ Non EEA

Post by Hadar » Sun Mar 05, 2017 3:44 pm

Hello everyone, I am very worried because I got COA yesterday without Biometric enrolment letter, Although, I have enrolled my biometric in July last year for my previous Application which refused by HO with appeal due to lack of supporting documents, but I choose to reapply instead of appeal, as I got all my correct paper work ready then. As far as I understand, Home Office is supposed to send a letter requesting me to do my biometrics and that a Certificate of Application will be issued once I have enrolled my biometrics. I am now confused I received CoA only for new application instead of Biometric Letter.. Does any one know what is going on?? Non EEA National.

EEAFM
Here's my time line:
Application Sent: 03.02.2017
HO got the App: 06.02.2017
Money taken: 07.02.2017
Biometrics Letter ??
Biometrics Done ??
COA arrived: 04.03.2017
RC card ??

You answered your question yourself. They have your biometric details already that is why they did not send you the letter to do it again. I remember reading on HO website that if in previous application you have given your biometric than no need for current application.
