Documents needed for ILR for a child

Hi All,

My child 4 years old was born outside UK and currently has Tier 1 and living with us parents since 3.5 years in UK. Me and my wife have an ILR since last July. Now i want to apply ILR for my child and booked a PEO appointment using SET O form for 19 March. What are the documents needed for his ILR?
