Tier 2 Licence Suspended

Hi,

Currently, I am on Tier 2 General and recently my company sponsorship was suspended and removed from Tier 2 sponsorship list. what I came know from sponsor need to submit some CGI documents with in 20days to Home office, Where my company also submitting the documents which Home Office requested.

So I need a suggestion on my current situation from experts whether I need to choose a different sponsor now or I should wait until I get a letter from Home Office? Because I will be eligible for ILR in next January 2018. Is that worth wait until the decision made for my current sponsor company, or is this right time to switch my VISA as early as possible,

Why exactly was their license suspended? I think it depends on how serious your company's breach was.

If I were you, I will start looking for another sponsor as there is no guarantee that your company's license would be reinstated

Sponsor company was saying, HO was asked for some CGI document. they are replying them in 20days.
I'm bit confused, now. as I got 8 months time to apply ILR. if I wait for my sponsors result, there will be 60days if anything goes wrong to apply from another sponsorships, is that something I may be on risk>
