Hi,
I am working for abc restaurant as a skilled chef under tier 2 ICT under 5434 SOC code. in our restaurant there are ICT chefs and Tier 2 general chefs working and we are an Indian authentic restaurant. Recently there was a visit from UKBA and they have suspended our licence.

We are not doing any walk in/ over the phone or any mobile app take away orders. but when our eat in customers finish their food, some are adding some items to take home. In UKBA revocation letter they have mentioned in open sources like Tripadvisor, Zomato they have found some customer reviews about takeaways. (Please note we have not registered with any of these open sources)

So how will we reply to UKBA regarding this. waiting for your reply soon.
