Refugee dependants

Hi,

I came to the UK when I was 15, after my father defected the regime in my homeland. I, my mom and two of my brothers got family reunion visa to be with my father but the other two of my siblings were denied visa due to their age.

I want to vist my siblings in my homeland since they are not allowed to come here, will this affect my status here? I understand my father is not allowed to visit since he is refugee but does the restrictions extend to non refugee dependents as well?

Article 1C(1) is not applicable to Pre-Flight family member. Its application is confine to the refugee and not the dependant.
