Hi All,
if some one complete 5 years on Tier 2 ICT Visa . will he eligible for ILR or not?

A Tier 2 ICT visa doesn't lead to settlement.

"How long you can stay
You can apply to extend your visa for up to another 5 years, as long as your total stay is not more than 6 years."

The initial visa granted for 5 years . So can he apply to extend after 5 years ?
