Indian passport photocopy certify

Hi im getting married this month planning to bring my mrs back with me from india my question is i have indian passport where do i get it from certified and what pages do i need to get it certified? Also my ILR is on my old passport so does that mean i need to get both passport certified or just new one ? And also can i get it notarized from india or does it have to be from UK. Thank you
