my wife applied for a permanent residence application on 24 January 2017 as a Italian national and she got a refusal from Home office that you don't have a comprehensive sickness insurance from October 2013 to September 2014 at that time she was doing a course so what can i do they give a appeal right.and i am her dependent so is this effect me as well?please answer me as soon as possible.

If your wife was studying during this period without CSI then the refusal is correct. It doesn't affect your right to remain here as long as she is exercising her Treaty rights now.

What was she doing before she commenced this studies?

before that she is working
