Dear zimba

Thank you for the reply. I have read the guideline and its tough to specify the list of documents from there. They have written in general. I know share certificate and accountant letter are not an evidence here.

Is it only the annual accounts that shows the investment by the way of share capital?

or,

Is there any other documents that can be showed?

Really confusing.

Please help.

Yes, that's it. If you prepare the accounts as they said in the guide, you should be fine going via the share capital route

Thank you again zimba for the valuable comments.

In my first-year and second-year accounts, its showing ''creditors falling due within year''....like this, which was the directors loan format by directors name. And in the 3rd year, before submitting the accounts, we issued share of 51K against the DO loan. AND In the 3rd accounts and 3 months management accounts it is now showing the Share Capital of 51K.

Is this okay? Is there any matter to show the share capital from the beginning of the period?

Thanks for replying.

It is OK. You simply need to have your full name, number of shares allocated each, value of each share and the date in the accounts NOTES section

1. Is ther any rule to show the share capital from the beginning?
No. Investment can happen any time within the first 3 years
2. As I explained earlier my 1st and 2nd year accounts showing ''creditors failling due within one year'' format.... and at that time I had 2 shares £1 each. I Issued 51k share (£1 each) just 6 months ago......AND in 3re year and 3 months management accounts now it is showing 51k share capital with director name and allotment. Is it OKAY?
I explained VERY CLEARLY above, what must be shown in your accounts with regards to any allocated shares if you want HO to award you the points!
It can be only on the last year year accounts.
3. Is there matter just to increase the share before 3rd year accounts submission? (It is basically conversion of DO loan to share capital)
Talk to your accountant
