Yes, that's it. If you prepare the accounts as they said in the guide, you should be fine going via the share capital routeIs it only the annual accounts that shows the investment by the way of share capital?
It is OK. You simply need to have your full name, number of shares allocated each, value of each share and the date in the accounts NOTES sectionrad2017 wrote:Is this okay? Is there any matter to show the share capital from the beginning of the period?
No. Investment can happen any time within the first 3 years1. Is ther any rule to show the share capital from the beginning?
I explained VERY CLEARLY above, what must be shown in your accounts with regards to any allocated shares if you want HO to award you the points!2. As I explained earlier my 1st and 2nd year accounts showing ''creditors failling due within one year'' format.... and at that time I had 2 shares £1 each. I Issued 51k share (£1 each) just 6 months ago......AND in 3re year and 3 months management accounts now it is showing 51k share capital with director name and allotment. Is it OKAY?
Talk to your accountant3. Is there matter just to increase the share before 3rd year accounts submission? (It is basically conversion of DO loan to share capital)
