ILR. Where are signatures needed? How many FPS?

Dear forum two questions

1. Where in all the ILR documents (besides the SET(O) form) are signatures needed? Are management accounts needed and do they have to be signed? Anyother supporting documents need signatures (you do not need evidence of investment so none of that...)

2. For how long do you have to submit the FPS reports a. from start of payroll b. from extension period c. enough to cover evidence of employment (e.g. 6 months for 4 employees under transitional rules (I ask as it seems I have 1-2 corrupted months but I don't need them)

Under 5 year settlement (ILR), you do not need to send the evidence for investment.

Covering the period in which you are claiming points for.
If the employee was hired before this period, then the FPS report of the month in which such employee was hired is also required (showing the starting date)

Not really, you do have to sign stuff

No need to sign any document except the forms or where signature is explicitly required
