Tier 2(General) salary increased

Hi,

I am on Tier2 general and I am on £36000 salary in my current company whose license suspended recently and within four months I will be eligible for ILR. Now I have an offer from other sponsor for £41000 salary so I thought of switching companies. Does the increase in my salary will effect my ILR could someone please suggest. I have read about many people saying Sponsor licence has been suspended. It will be nice to say why the licence was suspended and possibly say the industry where you work. I know the information might not be relevant to the questions you wanted to ask but it might help other forum members. In the last one week alone, I have read more than 3cases of suspended sponsorship license.
