Tier 2 Sponsor Registration and visa extension

Hi,
  1. I am on Tier 2 General visa and it is valid till 4th of April, 2017.
  2. My visa sponsored by company A and it went under last month.
  3. Company A moved me to company B under TUPE regulation and company B isn't registered sponsor.
  4. Company B applied for registration last week to sponsor Tier 2 migrant and also decided to extend my visa for 3 years.
I am worrying that company B may not able to complete registration before my visa expired i.e 4th of April, 2017. So, I would like to know, what options do I have in this situation?
