Tha application was for me and my partner
Application date: 05/2016
Interview: 08/2016
Pre action letter (paid £100 to solicitor): 03/2017
Visa granted (BMR cards) : 03/2017 (with in a week of Pre action letter)
I will advice everyone who has received their Tier 1 Ent. extension, to continue with their business like 2 employees, VAT on time, Corporation tax on time, to avoid any disturbance during ILR.
I will also advice not to forget the minimum balance for at least 90 days (the mistake i made), at the time of ILR.
Thank you
Thanks Zamaha - A pre action letter is a reminder to UKBA and they have to make a decision for your application in 14-21 days. Ask your solicitor to prepare it. You can also email your local MP and seek advice for your plea. I will recommend pre action letter. All the best.zamaha wrote:Congratulation. Could you plz explain what is pre action letter?
I am waiting for my initial visa since Aug.
I have no idea why it took so long. I did a mistake. I thought that if i am investing 50k i don't need to maintain money for 90 days. Since my spouse visa was dependent on me, so roughly i need to maintain over 1600 GBP in my account for 90 days. I was running short of 5 days:seasky wrote:can you comment why it took so long. You mentioned 90 days, I assume you didnt have correct maintenance so how did u overcome that?
