Dependent VISA for my wife. Please help!!!

Hi,

My wife entered UK as my Tier 2 General dependent in July 2014 when she was granted a 3 yr dependant Visa.Her VISA is expiring on 14 May 2017. I have obtained ILR in March 2017 through 10 year long residence route.

What visa should my wife apply for her dependant visa extension? Should she apply for FLR M now and then apply for ILR when she completes her 5 years? Or should she apply for PBS dependent extension. Just to clarify that I am on ILR through 10 year long residence route now.

Will applying for FLR M reset the count and her stay would be counted from FLR M visa start for next 5 yrs ? what will be the quickest route for her to apply for her ILR?

What do you suggest ?

As you have been granted ILR under the 10 year long residence route your wife has no choice but to switch to FLR(M), setting her on a new 5 year route (2.5 + 2.5 years) before she qualifies for ILR.

I am uploading docs for UK NARIC.

I have degree certificates and transcripts for her MBA degree awarded in India. However I do not have medium of instruction letter?

Is it ok if I just upload the certificate and transcript for UK NARIC as an English language requirement.
