Forgot to sign the Employment contract

Hi every one, I have a small query.
One of friend applied for Tier-2 ICT visa recently, He has signed where required on the Visa application form, but forgot to sign the Employment contract due to over look.
He has submitted all the supporting documents (Covering latter, supporting letter, Pay slips, offer letter, Bank statements, last 2 years form 16, original passport, signed visa application form, etc).

After coming home he got to know that employment contract was not signed, will it be a problem, kindly any one please clarify.
