Dependent application query

Hi all

I am working on my wife's dependent application along with my Tier 1 entrepreneur extension application.

I have a question in relation to section K of the dependent application form.

Question K5 of the form asks 'Did you obtain visa or entry clearance to enter into the UK? followed by Question K6 which states 'In which country did you obtain your visa or entry clearance?'

Please can you advise which period of leave do I have to answer here in relation to this compliant? Is it the dependents first entry into the UK or the last leave before becoming a Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent.
