Two Separate Jobs Clarification

Dear Gurus,

Employment is not (transitional arrangement):

Two Jobs, one is administration and one is marketing, they started together on 1/1/2016 and finished together on 1/2/2017, different roles in same time.
Each job existed more than 12 months-full time.

Does HO accept that?

167. If you successfully applied for entry clearance or switched into the route from 6 April 2014, the employment must:
be for at least 2 separate jobs;
exist for at least a full 12 months each. ))
Separate jobs: we know it should be separate in Roles… Do they have to be separate in time? Or in the same time is acceptable?

How do you mean to explain as per genuine entrepreneur test that you have no employees anymore?

I have more than two full time employees, two of them will continue without stopping.

About your question, I understood that you mean, there will be a gap between their leaving date and time of application. Is that right?
