SET(O) Form, 5.5 of Your Home and finance

Good afternoon,
Please kindly aclarify on the following
5.5 Your Home and finance, SET(O) Form
"complete the following table indicating sourses and levels of income as indicacated in 5,1-5.5 that you and your partner are relying on to adequately maintain you and your dependants" - Does that mean that to addition to the mentioned sourse of income which is the main employer, I have to mention my wife's earnings (she is self employed) or for instance my earnings from company shares, even in case such earnings are not regular or not fixed?
