Date on Employment Confirmation Letter for ILR Application

Hi Team,

I have ILR application appointment on 27th March 2017 at Croydon office.

My Employment confirmation letter received from my Employer is dated 22nd February 2017. Is this date accepted or should the letter be dated with in 30 days of application date? I wasn't able to clarify this query from Home office website.

Request you to please clarify ASAP.
