Supporting documents beyond the relevant period

Post by karolka81 » Wed Mar 15, 2017 3:55 pm

My husband is from EU and started working permanently (for various employers, but without gaps) in March 2007 until November 2012. In November 2012 he established his ltd company. Are we right to assume that we only need to send the documents confirming his employment for the 5 years ( which would be the relevant period), he has all P60 for that time, tenancy agreements, WRS documents - all solid.

When he started his company, he was a director and an employee paying himself only minimum wage (enough not to pay tax on it) and the rest in dividends.

My question is - do we need to send anything beyond the relevant period? and if yes, are the P60s from his own company enough?
