cancelling COS with error and apply for new COS

Hello friends,
first of all I had rejection of Tier 2 general visa due to incorrect RLMT done by Employer. so they issued me new COS but they made error in my name and place of birth and one more minor error, So I did not want to risk money and time applying using same COS. hence I requested my employer to cancell that COS and issue new one. They agreed and applied for new COS last month. When they enquire at home office they replied it will be allocated after 11th of march. However I have not recievied COS yet. I know Its just 5 days past 11th with 2 days for weekend, But I want to know will there be a problem from homeoffice in issuing new COS as my previous rejection of visa and cancelling COS after that. Basically they are issueing me third time .
Is anyone waiting for COS who have applied in february. anyone got any update about this.
