ILR Dependant from Tier 2 with 1.5 year in the UK

Hello There,

I have arrived in the UK with Tier-2 Visa on Nov 2011 & got my ILR on DEC 2016. I got married in July 2016 and my wife's visa (tier-2 dependent) due to expire in September 2017.

based on the above please advice the following:-
1. What Visa category shall I apply while renewing her visa ( ILR dependant) ?
2. Is there any fund maintenance requirement?
3. List of documents required
