VFS SMS tracking

Hi

I submitted my UK visa application a week back at VFS Global Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. During the submission i opted for SMS tracking so that they will update me with the status. Usually they send SMS right after the submission as a confirmation but i have not received any email nor SMS.
I tried contacting the helpline number but there was no answer.
im not sure if this is normal.
please help me in regard

Hi please if you don’t mind sharing how it went with you. I am also in the same situation. I’ve tried calling them to no avail. Thanks in advance

Email UKVI directly if your worried.

Be aware though that SMS service may not always work.
