Delay in Rcos

Post by vikarn » Fri Mar 17, 2017 10:11 pm

Hello,

I am switching from a Tier 4 dependent visa to a Tier 2 general visa. My company has hired xxxx to manage my case and I was informed that the March 2017 allocation for the Cos has already been applied for. My RLMT was already done and I had also cleared the NARIC assessment. I was expecting to hear back from UKBA on the 11th, but it's 17th now and my application is still under review. Is this normal for UKBA to take some time? I am getting slightly angsty now and will like some opinions.

Moderator edit: Company name removed under forum Ts&Cs.

Hi,

My company applied before March 5th for sure. The company that is managing my case did get in touch, but it still shows 'under review'. Let me know when you get some good news.

I am also facing the similar situation. However UK government website says that COS appear in employer sponsorship management system on 1st working day after 10th of every month. My employer is saying that he did not receive my COS. Is it possible? Or employer not sharing full information.

Can someone pls reply as soon as possible?

Thanks
