Employees wages ,age and hourly rates: help needed please

Hi zimba/experts,

I have my extension due in April, I have some questions about employe age and hourly rates.

I have kept maintains two full time 30 hours week ,
For one year,

The question is , is there any age restriction as one of my employee is 17 and he will 18 in august, as per his age , I have been paying national minimum wage all the time .

Will there be any problem?

Not from immigration stand point, however the employment law has some restrictions on young workers (between 16 and 18 years of age)

Looks like I am fine , as he is not doing any restricted work.
Only I have have to check on his risk assessment.
