biometric Non EEA PR

Hi dear
It's been 3 weeks of my non EEA Pr application
I haven't received biometric latter from home office
I have done 2 times biometrics in the past
Once in 2010 2nd in 2012
My question
They will send me biometric later for this
application or not ?

In the form I have already mentioned previous
biometric Dates and places

it depends, what doc u sent them second u said u applied for Non EEA to PR means ur applying with ur Wife or Partner if so then they will send u letter bcoz wen u applied for EEA RC, they dnt ask Bio Letter, tell us more abut ur self, which visa u av got rite now. abut ur job etc

I have done like 10 biometrics in the past from 2008 and they (HO) still sent me biometric letter, it was clearly stated on the biometric letter that all non EEA applicants MUST supply their biometric.
