i am also treated as an overstayer after june 2016 and i had to start sign in at rpc every month since december 2016, my papers regard to life in uk was sent in december 2016 and i have not heard yet , my children will be completing their 7 years in school by 10 october 2017,

Seven year for child means nothing, it's all about the best interests, and kids are adaptable.

Added to that neither parent appears to be British or have valid leave why not return home?

Thank you for your reply and advise, I am sure you have good family background to forward such a reply, i am not illegal, nor asylum seeker and not a benefit claimer. i spent money for my studies and i did well, my considerataion was my children for them to continue the studies as they came at the age of 7 and went throught the transition for primary phase, secondary phase and a schoarship holder for a grammar school for her outstanding efforts and studies, if you know what i mean,
kids of 3-10 could be adaptable but not teens

As you said yourself, you have been an overstayer since June 2016.

Sorry but choosing to make your children live in the UK unlawfully does not appear to being showing them a great deal of consideration!

Congratulations. Your children will do well in your home country. You have no valid leave to be in the UK, and have been overstaying since June 2016. There doesn't really seem to be that much open to you anymore. Don't force your children to suffer due to your current circumstances.

Wanderer is just voicing the opinion of an observer - sadly it's the opinion of the HO too. You won't be able to have your 3C leave restated, so your options have gone for lawful work/study.

The other issue is that without current leave to remain landlords will not entertain you. The changes in legislation leave them liable for a fine if they offer you accommodation.

There is very little to be achieved by trying to stay on in the UK using your children as a bargaining chip. Firstly they do not yet qualify for the concession as yet and there is also the question of how are you supporting them without working?
