EEA FM for children

Post by mumoftwo » Tue Mar 21, 2017 4:26 pm

Hi all,

I would like some advise regarding an EEA FM application for two children.

I have included both my children in my EEA PR application which was successful, however, due to lack of evidence regarding my children ie. a letter from school confirming full time education, their application was refused. A letter from the Home Office states, that they may appeal within 14 days or re-apply.

I am in a process of re-applying, having now all the required evidence of full time education, I struggle a bit of what further docs may be needed and which form to fill. From what I can see on the Home office website, it appears EEA FM would be the relevant form to fill in. Does anyone here had the experience of applying for their children only and could advise what sections to fill in? Do I have to submit any of the Sponsor ( which I assume is the parent ) documents?
Thank you in advance for any help
