Acknowledgement letter

Post by Vicky1987 » Tue Mar 21, 2017 7:43 pm

Hello board members ,
I applied for teir 1 entrepreneur extension on 9th of march .
Application fees deducted from the account on 13th of march, but I have not received any acknowledgement letter yet. Any idea how long it takes to get the letter. I need letter for my wife as she need to provide to her current employer.

Thank you in advance.

You will get it when you get letter for biometrics. Sometimes could take 4 weeks, and sometimes withing few days. So, you'll just have to wait

In my case it came along with the letter pack of bio-metric enrollment, in a week.

This is NOT a timeline thread. :!: :!:
The acknowledgement letter and biometrics can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive as stated multiple times already. This depends on the number of applications being processed, postal delays, your location in the country, etc. You MUST wait to hear from HO.

If it has been a longer wait for you, contact UKVI directly: https://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi/visas-and-settlement
