SOS resident card revocation

Post by cunga-canga » Wed Mar 22, 2017 8:36 am

Hi,
I would be grateful for any information, advise or shared experience on this case as time is running against us and we need to make decision asap. X was married on EEA national and was issued RESIDENCE PERMIT but recently X divorced and informed about this change HO. After, received letter from HO which states that RESIDENCE PERMIT IS REVOKED and X HAS 14 DAYS TO APPEAL. As X is in relationship with settler person and living together more than 2 years and due to some serious circumstances can hot go back home country what would be best option to switch for X?
1. Unmarried partner - 5 year route
2. Unmarried partner 10 year route
3. ????
X can provide supporting docs and they are going to GIVE MARRIAGE NOTICE AND REGISTER THEIR MARRIAGE SOON but it may take longer than 14 days. Please feel free to PM if anyone wants to discuss it and any opinion will be appreciated.
Thank you
