Tier 1 Enterpreneur Ext Without Dependent..

Hi Guys,

I am going to apply my Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa Extension due in July 2017. I have got dependents Wife, one daughter born in UK (3 years old) one son born in Home country (2 years old) all dependents have got thier visa from my home country and currently they are on holidays they will come back in uk april 2017. Due to un sufficient funds I can not apply my childrens Visa while theY ARE IN uk I want to apply my wife Visa with me.

Is it possible I apply my childrens visa after I got extension?
What is the consequences if i not apply their exntension visa while are are in UK?

My 10 years will complete september 2018.

When do their leaves expire ?? If their leave will expire soon with yours, then HO will question on why they are not included.

Thx Zimba your reply.. my family is in my home country and will be back in UK mid of april and thier visa will expire on the same date OF JULY 2017.

if I apply my wife and son who born in my home coutry with me and my daughter who born in UK later on?

Please guide me because I have very limited funds available..

If you are all present in the UK and your visas are about to expire, you must apply to extend together or else HO will object (your dependants cannot remain here without a valid visa)
They other option is that they remain outside the UK (or leave the UK before visa expiry) then you can extend yours first here and apply for their entry clearance from home country after your extension is granted (this could take several months)
Also be aware that this will break the continuity of their stay in the UK and they have to start a new 5 year from scratch if they want to apply for ILR later (except for your daughter who was born here which will be eligible for citizenship if you get your ILR)
