JACP - passport fee

hi,
I am applying under JCAP and for naturalization fee I filled in the payment fee slip with card details, but how would I pay the passport fee? is there any from to fill? or can be payable at NCS centre, please clarify me.

The form is on the last page of guide booklet, which comes with the passport application.
