hello good morning,
When my wife sumitted the documents in mexico city, they put a X next to the accomodation section and said that I should have supplied more documents for my living situation. included a rental book in her name wich shows that my mom has met all the rent payments due for the last 2 years.

I dont Know what more I need to provide here.

Is it a problem that I live here But Im not named on the rental agreement, does my name need to be on it?

is it necessary to have a inspection completed on the house to prove the house can accomodate my wife living here?


I would like to know all necessary documents they will want to see regarding my living situation, given I live with my mom in a 3 bedroom house and there is only 2 of us here with lots of room.

Include evidence that the accommodation will be adequate.

A property inspection report is not mandatory. But providing a false one may lead to a refusal.

If your mother is renting, then a letter from her landlord giving permission for you and your wife to stay may also be necessary.
