Permanent Residency Card Requirement

Post by Kores » Fri Mar 24, 2017 10:52 am

Can somebody give me advice- me and my husband want to apply for residency card in uk - both live here since 2009. He worked and studied with no gaps so for him will not be problem to get card and even british passport. For me I am concern or i shouldnt because I am married to him? We both from EU countries:my situation is that i worked since 2009,then since 2012 i studied and worked but since 2015 summer i finished studies and similar time my worked closed so i decided to be supported by my husband and my student loans and took career break as wasnt sure what i want to do next ....i have proff of council tax, tenancy agreements,bills.....should i have some problems to apply because of this gap since 2015 summer?...we want to do one application for residence card as family members.would be thankful for advice!

Have you held a CSI for the periods you were not working? If you relied from your husband's income to be self-sufficient you would also need a CSI unless your partner had one to cover your whole family
