Good day guys,
My further submission application was rejected with no right of appeal. I got the news through my MP yesterday. Home Office claimed they mistakenly sent the rejection letter to my former soilicitor 11months ago. That was why I was not aware of their decision until recently when my MP made enquiry on my behalf as regards my asylum further submission application.
What I notice on the letter they sent to my MP was that Home Office advised that I should regularise my status and I could seek immigration advise from immigration advisers. They gave me a website where I could get such advise from (OISC website). In addition, I noticed certain errors in the decision letter - they did not acknowledge that I have 3 kids but 2 despite the fact that I informed them when I gave birth to my third child. They also stated that my kids have spent most of their lives in my home country which is not true. They came here at the age of 5 and 2 respectively and they are currently 11 and 8years respectively - There are so many other errors in the decision letter apart from the above stated. Are these oversights or deliberate errors to discredit my application?
What do you think is the next thing I need to do and what other ground can I apply for a stay with my children?
I have been here for 6years plus. I have 3 kids. The last born was born here. She is currently 11months old. My first and 2nd child are 11 and 8 years respectively. My first child is currently awaiting her secondary school admission come next September. She was 5years and my second child was 2years when I claimed asylum. This HO decision may greatly affect their lives.
Pls what do you think I can do next?
Your urgent reply will be highly appreciated.
