Tier 2 dependent while sponsor licence has been suspended

I am new to this board, so please pardon me If I am posting this query at a wrong place..

I am on tier 2 general visa since 2013 and had applied for a visa for my 6 month old son who is born in the UK. Unfortunately, my sponsor's licence has been suspended and I was under impression that My son's visa application will be put on hold until my sponsor's licence is reinteted.

But to my surprise, My son got his Visa. NOW the question is does that mean my sponsor's appeal for the suspension of his licence must have been accepted and that his licence will be reinsteted.
