Accounts - Share Capital Route

Dear Members,

My name (in share capital section) is missing from my first annual account (2013-14) and this is the year where I took over an existing business and bought 50,000 shares £1 each.

But, after that my name does appear correctly in 2014-15, 2015-16 and management accounts (as required by HO).

Should I worry about amending the first annual account, so my name clearly shows in share capital section ? or should I leave it like that ?

Any prompt responses would be highly appreciated..

No need to amend the accounts. Be aware that the accounts you submit must have your full name, number of shares allocated each, value of each share and the date in the accounts NOTES section

One last question please. You mentioned the 'date in the accounts NOTES section'.
It should be the date of the accounts ? OR the date when the Shares been bought ?

That's how it's written (on the last page) of my 2015-16 accounts:
