Such letter is not required unless you joined or taken over an existing business.

The first time you submitted payroll via RTI. Ask your accountant

No need for any accountant's letter. You can get one to confirm the hourly rate of each employee if you wish but that one is not also necessary.
By the way, writing in all caps generally perceived here as shouting, I assume this is due to excitement in this instance

Such letter is not recognised by the rules. You guys are now enquiring regarding the detailed requirements of such letter which are not important anyway.
