Tier 2 ICT dependent visa -Dentist after ORE

Post by jithin » Mon Mar 27, 2017 12:23 am

Hi,

My wife is on ICT Tier2 dependent visa, she is a dentist started preparing for ORE. Our doubt is if she passed ore what will be the visa type she needs to apply? What is the process for that? How difficult to get that visa?

My Question a simple actually.. Currently she is in tier2 dependent visa she can use the same for writing ORE exam no doubt in that..My question is after getting ORE what she needs to do? As per my understanding she has to apply for tier 2 general visa is that correct? For that she needs to find a sponser? Hope my question clear now!! Thanks

she can work as a dentist on your dependent visa.
the only thing she cant do is training. In uk, that is generally classed as either foundation or specialty training.
Unless she is doing either of the above, she doesnt need a new visa and can work on her current dependent visa.

If the dependent visa got expired then what would be her chance of working in UK? What is her chance of getting visa? And what should be the type? What is the procedure?

how can a dependent visa expire and she still be in the uk.
If u mean the main applicant visa expires, then she will need to be on tier 2 main general visa.
How she gets it, read the guidance.
what chances she has, depends on her aptitude.

Hi,
Could you please confirm from where you got this information? What I found is she cannot work as in the BRP card saying "No doctor dentist training "

Hi All, My wife has just joined me in UK in tier 2 ict dependent visa..she is a dentist, completed her B.D.S in India
It is mentioned in brp that no dental training.

Can one of you please guide what she can do in this visa..is she eligible to study or take up ore?
Can she work as hygienist if not a dentist?
how and where to start preparing for ore and is she eligible to work in this visa after completing ore? If not what she should do?

Any suggestions and guidance will be of much help to her, as we are in a complete blind spot that the moment.thank you
