I was wondering if you could answer a few questions I have. (not a particular case, just being curious..)
I understand the difference between EEA Family permit (grand for 6 months) and a RC.
My question is, can an EEA Family Permit be refused for reasons outside the "required douments" ie: sponsor, funds, etc ?
I read somewhere that some couples have had issues getting RC due to various reasons (HO does not believe the marriage is genuine and so on) but under EEA directive does this apply also?
Surely it's a Human Right to be with his/her H/O ?
Finally.. if EEA permit refused, do they have a right of appeal? I can see from timelines it can take months even year... do Husband and Wife live separately all this while??
