Tb Screening for visitor visa for 2 years

Post by n8net » Tue Mar 28, 2017 10:52 am

if someone applying for visitor visa from TB idetified countries for more than 6 months ( 2 yrs for example for frequent visit), do they need to do TB screening even they are not allowed to spend more than 6 months in the UK any 1 time..

I know it is needed only for visa for more than 6 months....but not sure how this works for visitor visa's with have inhererent 6 month limit and max 10 yr validity.

thanks

Not required under A39 for standard visitors, as leave to enter's permission per visit is six months or less.
