Hello I need ask my partner is from Nigeria he already divorced with English woman.he is with me 1 year I'm polish woman I live in UK 10 year now im pregnant 6 months with him .I have a daughter 8 years old
I know his ex wife contact home office about divorce and I worry he must back what we can do ? How he can apply for visa we dont have wedding .they can take him back home when I'm in UK 10 tears and I'm pregnant?
