MN1 section clarification

Hi
Just a bit of background on our case
We got ILR in Jan 2013. Our daughter was born in India in Apr 2013. She was granted Inefinite leave to enter UK in Dec 2014 and entered UK in Apr 2015 and been here since then.
We want to apply her British citizenship and started filling MN1 form. Need help in deciding which section we need to apply her under. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.
