HELP PLEASE - about to submit PR

Hello,

I am in a process of getting my paperwork together for PR and wanted to get some clarification on proof of residency documentation.

My qualifying period Jan 2012 - Jan 2017

Proof of residency:

2012 - address X - copy of signed tenancy agreement, bank statements
2012 - address Y - car HP contract, bank statements, payday loan letter, debt collection letter (i would rather not use it..)
2013 - council tax bill, bank statement, payday loan letter
2014 - car insurance, council tax, home insurance letter, bank statements
2015 - phone bill, water bill, bank statement
2016 - mortgage agreement, council tax letter, bank statement
2017 - water bill, bank statement

Proof of earnings:

4 year P60s and 5-7 payslips for each year.

Do i have enough documents to support my application?

Make it simple and easy to assess
P60 5years.
Bank statement 5years.
Council tax 5years, should be enough.

I can provide 5 years p60 (well, 4, as 5th financial year is not due yet) and bank statements. I can only get 3 years council tax letters. Council is unable to issue bills from 2012/2013. I wondered if I could use insurance letters/car hp agreement?

Do you suggest to send bank statements for the whole 5 year period ?

Or

one month of each year say between 2010 -2015 ?

But what use is council tax bills for him? He was probably not the landlord of the house and council tax bills do not contain the names of each of the tenants living at the place or am I wrong?

on top of the P60s for 4 years don't you have the payslips to cover the 5th years?

I do have p60s and payslips for all 5 years. What Im struggling with is a proof of address. Could insurance/car HP letters be used as POA?
