In order to retain your right of residence in the UK you have to have three years of marriage. The EEA National must also be a QP on the date of the divorce.

You might retain your right of residence if you have custody of the child. Or a court orders you to have access rights.

Does she intend to stay in the UK after divorce.

Are you going to work on a child arrangement order?

That can be part of the divorce proceedings endorsed by the court in the form of a consent order, or come to an informal arrangement signed by a solicitor.
