How to Show Strong Ties With Home Country

Hi,

I am thinking of applying for my father's visit visa to UK.

His visa was rejected last year saying that we can see your sponsor is sponsoring you and will be bearing all expenses and we can see that you have family members in Pakistan but we are not sure about your return after the visit.

I did attached letters from my brother saying he will look after my mother (as only my father is applying for visa), his employer letter salary slips, bank statement, letter from my mother that she is ok with my father visiting UK.

The problem is that my father is retired so does not have any job or source of income, does not have any property as he has given everything to his children. We (his children) support him financially. How do I show strong ties with home country except letters from family members ?

He is planning to visit my other brother in UAE after visiting UK. If I attached his UAE visa along with the application and a ticket showing that his plans are to visit UAE after visiting UK will this be enough to show that he will be leaving UK after his visit ??
