Extension/AR refused,Need Urgent help for fresh Application

Hi,
My Extension and AR refused due to Maintenance Funds (by mistake 88 days statements were provided). All other points has been awarded.All documents returned.
Now can I used my old documents like RTI/FPS,P11 along with most recent months (From Jan-2017 to March-2017, previous application made in Jan-2017) or I need to re-print them (old) again ?

Also am confused on below points on application form .

C5 : if passport/Travel document not enclosed then location
Ans :- Elsewhere in Home office

then
C6:- Do you have any passport /Travel Doc containing previous grant of leave or you used when last travelled to UK
Ans: what should this be ? I have an expired passport attached with my current passport which is with HO. is it that passport. What should this be answered ? there is no option for with HO. only options are Lost , Stolen and Expired.

D6 : - Ans this if your leave to remain has expired. Was there a reason why you not applied before visa leave expires. Below options
Yes , you will have to provide evidence of your exceptional situation

D7 :- Have you stayed in UK beyond the end of your period of leave.
yes , provide details below
Now am I an over stayer ? do I need to tick yes and explain the period/dates

Please help with the above confusions asap.

You can reuse the already printed documents and include any fresh documents that you want to add.

I am not sure, but maybe you can say Yes here, and then make a small note there saying it is attached to the current passport. The document is expired but I am unsure if you should tick that here.

Yes, you should explain here that you made a previous application that was rejected and you are reapplying within the permitted 14 days.

The general principle for new application is that anything that was needed to prove "once" (investment, register as director, employment etc) then you can rely on the previous application and note "evidence given in previous application" or "Points awarded previous application" (and clearly there is a differnce if points were awarded or sometimes they don't award points because they didn't check evidence)

Anything that is a specific timeline upto the application (maintenance, accounts etc) needs new evidence.

Obviously whatever is the issue of refusing in first place (genuineness, maintenance etc) should be clearly evidenced.

Hi,

In my own opinion, I think you've provided almost the right answers for almost all the questions.

C6 - tick the closest answer and write your reason by the side of it as the application form is not really adequate to take care of all situations.

D6 - Write that you had applied earlier and so it was refused - state the reason and attached a copy of their refusal letter and highlight the section that stated your refusal reason or you can just say 'see attached' and attach a copy of the refusal reason page from their refusal letter.

Finally, make sure you read the policy guidance and identify all tge requirements and make sure they are all addressed 'as stated in the policy guidance'.

Don't forget to reproduce documents like CAR (obtain an update one from Companies House), Maintenance Fund bank statements and up to date FPS (and you may also submit any other documents submited to Hmrc between your last application month say Dec and now April covering the months you're claiming)
