EEA Residence card

Hi guys!
I wrote 6 months back with questions about EEA Family Permit, and I got it without any problem)) So now, naturally I'm in the process of applying for Residence card. I heard that it's a bit difficult to get. So I need to be super prepared for that one.
I'm an Armenian citizen and my husband is Irish citizen. Nothing has changed in his status since the family permit. He is working at the same company, and we are living at the same apartment.
Before I go on with asking detailed questions can you please first tell me if the form needs to be completed online or not and exactly which one is it?
