I need urgent help for my naturalisation

I came to England illegally in 2009
2010 I was married to an EEA member
2010 I received a 5 years residence card
January 2016 I received my permanent residence card
January 2017 I was due to apply for my naturalisation
My question :
Under the good character the home office says you must be known by the home office for 10 years before you can apply for British naturalisation based on illegal entry into the UK
Have only be known to the home office for 7 years now
Does this immigration rule apples to family member of EEA or does this rule apples to some one under EEA route ?
I have not been out of the U.K. Since 2009 . Have been working , no criminal record , I have never had any problem or issue with the immigration .
Can some body please adivice if I can apply for naturalisation now please ?

Naturalisation is not a part of the immigration pathway, which terminates at PR/ILR.

Naturalisation requirements apply equally to all applicants, whether EEA or non-EEA.
