Help please

Hi everyone
Please i need some urgent advice. I received an email last Wednesday from the British High Commission in ... to submit my daughter passport and TB after the appeal was withdrawn.
Well on the email it say submit your passport and TB certificate with copy of the email at the visa application centre.
I have arranged for someone to go there today and they didn't received the person they said they should come tomorrow.
And my question is do I need to book an appointment to submit the passport and TB test? I look online for the visa application centre it's say you have to pay £55 when submitting ur passport.
I don't understand

Help it's confusing
I try to call the contact centre I can't get through them

Please anyone who has submitted their passport with a call in letter at the visa application centre after an appeal was withdrawn . Did you have to book an appointment or pay any fee just to submit the passport and TB???

Passport submitted with a valid TB certificate. No appointment needed nor fees at the VAC.
I believe it will take about 2 weeks to come back.
I can't wait

Passport request email received on the 29/03
Passport submitted on the 05/04
Email requesting proof of immigration status 12/04
Proof of immigration status sent the same day
As decision has been made email 13/04

That was very quick is it not?
The waiting is hard
